- Our maps are only made for FiveM

- Refunds are not accepted: and your purchase is finalized once a payment is submitted!

- Must Have Prior Modding Knowledge On FiveM: We will not assist you with the installation of our mods. Proper installation instructions can be found in the 'Read' document inside of the maps folder.

- We Will Not Tranfer File Ownership: Our team does not perform file ownership transfers on behalf of customers. If you wish to transfer a purchased asset, it must be done personally through the official CFX portal.

- No Unauthorized Access: All files and models are licensed through Tebex/CFX Portal only. Any attempt to obtain, share, or use them outside those platforms is illegal and will lead to blacklisting, takedowns, or legal action.
